What you will do

• Develop and execute custom influencer program strategies to achieve client goals and objectives.
• Provide superior client service, act as a primary point of contact, and manage client relationships effectively.
• Analyze program data to identify trends, optimize performance, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Design influencer recruitment, communication, content, incentive, and optimization strategies.
• Negotiate long-term media packages with creators and manage fixed-fee investments.
• Manage multiple influencer marketing programs with strong organizational skills and strategic prioritization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working for an influencer marketing agency or brand, managing client and/or creator relationships.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel influencer marketing strategies, including flat fee and affiliate payment models.
• Solid understanding of omni-channel and direct-to-consumer marketing.
• Advanced Excel capabilities, including formatting, formulas, and customizing reports.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and pitching skills for client engagements.
• Working knowledge of attribution in digital marketing.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience with CreatorIQ, Grin, Izea, Impact, ShareASale, or Commission Junction platforms.
