TL;DR

Agency Account Manager: Managing and growing relationships with agency clients, identifying opportunities for growth and achieving revenue quotas with an accent on understanding client needs and strategic partnerships. Focus on developing growth strategies, maintaining strong client relationships, and accurately forecasting business through CRM.

Location: This is a hybrid role! Our sales organization does meet in the office weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Omaha.

Salary: $45,000–$50,000 base / $75,000–$80,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Maintain strong relationships with your client portfolio and ensure they are deriving maximum value.
  • Develop growth strategies to increase your book of business in line with the North American financial plan.
  • Build, maintain, and close pipelines to consistently exceed quota.
  • Support clients with proposals, product alignment ideas, and training sessions.
  • Work closely with the solution engineering team to ensure the best technical fit for clients' needs.
  • Be responsible for your business and forecasting accurately through the effective use of Salesforce.com.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of direct sales experience with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding assigned individual quota.
  • Ability to generate, qualify, and execute on opportunities to exceed revenue targets.
  • Proven track record to lead a portfolio of partners to drive growth month over month.
  • Ability to articulate a compelling vision that resonates with the customer and demonstrates value.
  • Experience with Hubspot or Salesforce CRM.
