Level Design Director

What you will do

• Lead the overall level design direction for assigned game projects.
• Work with the Creative Director and Game Director to iterate, implement, and execute level-building and design principles.
• Partner with the Quest Director and Art Director to support quests and narration, balance visual detail with gameplay needs, and ensure clear player navigation.
• Review the game regularly and provide precise feedback on world building, quests, missions, open-world activities, and content quality.
• Manage and mentor the level design team while establishing standards, best practices, and documentation.
• Identify cross-discipline challenges and project risks, and propose solutions.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional level design experience, including leading or directing a level design team.
• Experience working as a Level Design Director on at least one AAA project from conception through release.
• Experience designing levels for first-person perspective games.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work on deadlines.
• Very good command of English.
