What you will do

• Build and balance mini-game levels, including enemy compositions, waves, and boss encounters.
• Balance heroes, RPG stats, monsters, and dungeon mechanics.
• Design and balance event-based mini-games.
• Validate balance through mathematical calculations and simulations, tuning based on analytics.
• Create and maintain GDDs, feature specifications, and balance documentation.
• Collaborate with analysts, QA specialists, developers, and artists.

Requirements

• 3+ years of game design experience in mobile F2P titles.
• Hands-on experience in level building, difficulty tuning, and playtesting.
• Proficiency in Russian language.
• Strong mathematical skills, including probability theory and statistics.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with JSON/XML configuration files.
• Practical experience using LLMs in day-to-day professional work.

Nice to have

• LiveOps experience with events, tournaments, and battle passes.
• Strong understanding of mid-core genres (4X strategy, RPG, hero collection).
• Scripting knowledge in JavaScript or Python for simulations.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
