What you will do

• Support day-to-day activities and projects within institutional and consumer marketing functions.
• Assist in delivering initiatives related to audience research and analysis, content writing, digital marketing, lead generation campaigns, partnerships, and events.
• Conduct market and competitor research, analysis, and reporting to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, and Compliance.
• Prepare documentation, presentations, or insights for internal stakeholders.
• Learn industry best practices and contribute ideas to improve processes and outcomes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, psychology, journalism, or politics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills (English B2+ required).
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in fintech, crypto, digital assets, or technology-driven businesses.
