What you will do
- Provide exceptional operational and administrative support to B2B clients via email, Slack, and phone.
- Proactively inform clients about service-related issues and events.
- Solve client problems with calmness, creativity, and a client-first attitude, advocating for their interests internally.
- Contribute to desk building projects to assist in building out the Client Experience function.
- Build relationships with client counterparts and work cross-functionally with operations, product, and engineering teams to resolve client requests.
- Create and maintain the Client Experience knowledge and process base.
Requirements
- Excitement about technology and investments, wanting to start a career at one of the fastest growing Fintechs in Europe.
- Looking to build experience in client-facing roles within Fintech, investments, banking, or a similar industry.
- Demonstrated strong communication and organizational skills, able to communicate well with different stakeholder groups, and familiar with working within SLAs.
- Possess a client-first mindset and understand how to solve problems pragmatically and efficiently.
- Thrive in a setup where you can work autonomously and grow your knowledge of financial markets.
Nice to have
- Experience working in the financial industry or any other regulated environment.
- Keen interest in the fintech space, specifically trading and investment, with awareness of companies and trends.
- Background in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or adjacent fields.
- Previous experience within Zendesk or a similar CRM.
