What you will do

• Collaborate with diverse teams (developers, UX, designers, strategists) to deliver high-quality software.
• Understand customer needs, challenges, and pain points, then shape solutions.
• Define and prioritize requirements for new or existing digital products.
• Define and evangelize the product vision to guide the development team.
• Own the product roadmap, evolving features based on insights and feedback.
• Act as a bridge between clients, third parties, and development teams, managing communication and dependencies.

Requirements

• Demonstrable working experience as a Product Manager in the digital / technology space, in a consultancy or agency environment.
• Experience partnering with engineers and designers, leading product prioritization and delivery of user-facing functionality.
• Proven track record of delivering high profile, user-oriented solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Superlative client facing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Experience of Agile development and product management methodologies.
• A strong level of commercial awareness and a strategic mind.
