What you will do

  • Engage directly with customers, providing expert technical guidance during the integration process.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to identify and select optimal integration strategies.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of customer integrations.
  • Coordinate with the Product team to communicate client feedback and support ongoing product improvements.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical integration issues efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Solution Engineer, Solution Architect, or Technical Support specialist in software architecture and technical integrations.
  • Proven experience writing or modifying scripts (Python, Java).
  • Strong proficiency in REST API and SQL.
  • Familiarity with using Postman to test and debug API requests.
  • Experience utilizing browser development tools (console) to debug web applications.
  • Advanced knowledge of English and Chinese is required.
