hirify.global is seeking an SEO Analytics & Reporting Specialist to build and maintain data infrastructure for its clients across their agency.

What you will do

• Configure, maintain, and audit analytics platforms (primarily GA4, but adaptable to Adobe Analytics or others) to ensure accurate and consistent data collection.
• Design, build, and maintain standardized reporting templates (primarily using Looker Studio) for SEO clients.
• Connect and manage SEO data sources such as Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, and keyword tracking tools within reporting environments.
• Analyze GA4, Search Console, and keyword data to identify trends, anomalies, and support strategic SEO decision-making.
• Act as the internal GA4 and reporting subject matter expert for the SEO team, including diagnosing issues and providing training.

Requirements

• Deep proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), including debugging tags and configuring data layers.
• Advanced skills in Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio), including data blending, calculated fields, and regex.
• Strong understanding of Technical SEO, Google Search Console, and how search data correlates with onsite behavior.
• Ability to diagnose and fix "broken data" issues.
• Ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 Sydney time.
