Salary: $122,300.00–$217,300.00

What you will do

• Manage the Gameplay, UI/UX, and RPG pillar producers.
• Accountable for the quality bar and delivery of all Gameplay, RPG & UI Features & Systems on time.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining the roadmap, deadlines and phase approvals for Features.
• Ensure all teams are supported, their goals are clear, and work is accurately represented in Jira.
• Drive cross-pillar communication, leadership coordination, and dependency management.
• Set a standard for Production excellence, making effective tradeoffs, and leading with integrity and care.

Requirements

• 6+ years as a mid-level or higher Producer in video games.
• At least 3 years in a management capacity.
• At least 2 shipped games, including 1 shipped AAA title in the last 5 years.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving alignment across pillars.
• High Production standards, deep understanding of development processes and best practices.
• Must be onsite at our studio in Austin, TX!
