QA Manager (GameDev): Building and leading a new QA team for a AAA game (Project Cyberpunk 2) with an accent on defining roles, executing QA strategy, and collaborating with internal/external partners. Location: Requires working in Boston, US. Working mode: in-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity. Candidates must have a US work permit or citizenship.
Salary: $112,100 - $154,200 USD annually

What you will do
- Build and lead a new QA team for Project Cyberpunk 2, defining roles and development plans.
- Execute and adapt the QA strategy to specific project needs.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Establish and monitor quality metrics, tools, and processes.
- Collaborate with external QA vendors to ensure quality expectations.
- Manage risks and dependencies through early identification and action plans.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of game industry experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering AAA games.
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience, managing senior staff.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard game development processes and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Experience with risk management, quality control, and change management in large-scale projects.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and must have a US work permit or citizenship.
Nice to have
- Appreciation for the Cyberpunk universe.
- Experience working with Unreal Engine.
- Experience writing scripts for automation or process improvement.
