What you will do

• Maintain extensive product data and requirements, focusing on timely and accurate information and communicating product changes.
• Field questions from collaborators and track down answers to maintain project momentum.
• Schedule key project meetings, facilitate inter-team communication, and drive action items for quick decisions.
• Monitor project status using MS Teams and Smartsheet to identify outstanding issues and decision points.
• Lead small-scale projects with senior level guidance, as delegated.
• Assist fellow horizontal producers with a range of additional responsibilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting projects or operational work that involved tracking details, maintaining documentation, and coordinating across multiple contributors.
• Strong organizational instincts, ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
• Clear, professional communication skills across written and verbal channels, with ability to adjust tone and detail.
• Experience working within a team environment using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams or Slack.
• Familiarity with structured project workflows (e.g., waterfall or phase-based development).
• Ability to work effectively across diverse creative and technical teams, driving consensus and clarity.

Nice to have

• Experience using Smartsheet or similar work management tools.
• Experience working with Excel, SharePoint, and Confluence to organize, track, or validate data.
• Experience in games publishing, marketing, or other creative environments.
