What you will do

  • Answer incoming requests from customers via live chat.
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their basic technical and product-related issues are resolved.
  • Gather customer feedback and share with Product, Sales and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Proficient in English and Spanish languages
  • Work experience in support
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Excellent PC skills
  • Flexible to work in different shift schedules (day & evening & night) and on weekends

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Portuguese language
  • Experience in sports betting/gambling industry
