What you will do

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Site Reliability Engineers for the hybrid cloud infrastructure in AWS.
• Design and lead the implementation of reliable and secure infrastructure solutions.
• Oversee technical analysis, cost estimation and optimization, platform and system design, and resource planning.
• Engage in hands-on technical work and lead incident response during critical issues.
• Define team goals and strategy, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Champion engineering best practices and drive continuous improvement in production environment quality and reliability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure and related services.
• Strong technical background in AWS, IaC (Terraform), Kubernetes, and monitoring/observability tooling.
• Proven leadership or management experience with strong interpersonal and people management skills.
• Experience setting strategic vision and owning complex technical initiatives from conception to delivery.
• A disciplined approach to maintaining and enforcing engineering best practices.
• Must be physically located within Europe.
