TL;DR

Senior Gameplay Animator (Gamedev): Creating immersive gameplay content from concepting to finished animations, ensuring they look and feel great in-game with an accent on collaboration with designers and multidisciplinary teams. Focus on prototyping, validating new ideas, and building/testing the animation pipeline in DCC tools and Unreal Engine 5.

Location: In-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity in Warsaw, Poland. Relocation to Poland is required.

What you will do

• Ensure animations look and feel great while playing the game.
• Take responsibility for animation-related aspects of the game.
• Work with a cross-discipline team, prototyping and drafting animations.
• Collaborate closely with the Animation Lead and Gameplay Design Team.
• Take ownership over key gameplay animation features.
• Provide knowledge and solutions for everyday problems.

Requirements

• Passion for creating great games and a love for animation.
• 6+ years of professional experience in gameplay animation development with at least 1 AAA title shipped.
• Solid knowledge of animation principles and an eye for dynamic poses.
• Professional knowledge of Unreal Engine, Maya and MotionBuilder.
• Experience setting up shots and directing motion capture shoots.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Experience setting up / troubleshooting node based state machines and animation graphs.
• Experience with motion matching.
• Experience in developing animation pipelines and tools.
