What you will do

• Build the editorial playbook for hirify.global's presence in the Professional Services Provider (PSP) world.
• Write various content types including whitepapers, playbooks, POVs, LinkedIn pieces, industry reports, case studies, and newsletters.
• Interview PSP leaders and practitioners to extract insights and turn them into impactful stories.
• Lead signature storytelling initiatives such as campaigns, thought leadership programs, and creative collaborations.
• Partner with internal teams (Growth, Marketing, Community, Product, PR) to amplify and distribute content effectively.
• Experiment with formats and ideas to create memorable content.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in content creation and ideas, ideally with strategic storytelling in B2B or professional services contexts.
• Ability to write with personality and clarity, making complex ideas simple.
• Deep understanding of Professional Services Providers (PSPs) and empathy for this audience.
• Strong strategic and craft skills, understanding why content exists and its impact.
• Autonomous yet collaborative work style.
• Curious and research-driven approach to connect insights.

Nice to have

• B2B SaaS experience.
• Workshop or facilitation experience.
• Multimedia content experience (audio/video).
