What you will do

• Create engaging, original social-first video content about city life, tips, trends, and culture for platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
• Develop scripted and unscripted video formats and confidently write video scripts, appearing on camera and conducting interviews when required.
• Adapt video content into well-written, clear, and SEO-friendly articles, ensuring clarity, structure, and editorial quality.
• Review, edit, and publish articles that are engaging, accurate, and aligned with editorial guidelines.
• Utilize analytics and performance insights to refine content strategy across both video and written formats.
• Produce content for commercial partners and original events when required.

Requirements

• Native-level Dutch proficiency is essential.
• Proven experience producing professional video content for social media, including scripting, editing, and storytelling (portfolio required).
• Confidence with social publishing tools, highly organized, and able to manage deadlines independently while collaborating with a team.
• Proficiency in shooting video and photos with digital cameras (Sony Alpha, GoPro, iPhone) and editing with Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, and Media Encoder.
• Understanding of motion graphics basics, color correction, sound editing, SEO, and digital analytics.
• Ability to conduct interviews, present on camera, and adapt content for maximum engagement across platforms.
