What you will do
- Define and own content plans in partnership with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Communications, and Regional Marketing.
- Build and maintain an integrated content calendar, aligning production with product launches, campaigns, and GTM priorities.
- Write high-quality B2B content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership articles.
- Lead the development of new written and video content series to build thought leadership and drive pipeline.
- Orchestrate content production workflows, track deliverables, and manage internal and external partners.
- Leverage GenAI tools to accelerate content ideation, research, drafting, editing, and optimization.
Requirements
- 5-7 years in content strategy, content marketing, or editorial roles in B2B fintech, payments, or adjacent industries.
- Proven ability to write high-quality content for technical and executive audiences.
- Strong project management skills, managing complex, multi-stakeholder content operations.
- Experience developing and launching content series (written, video, or multimedia formats).
- Demonstrated expertise using GenAI tools to enhance content creation and optimization workflows.
- Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and content marketing funnels.
- Technical fluency to translate complex fintech, payments, and infrastructure concepts into accessible content.
