What you will do

• Identify user needs, explore and prototype solutions, and refine designs with data and user feedback.
• Work closely with UX, product, and development teams to develop solutions and bring consistency to the experience of our products.
• Deliver high-quality visual design across features, ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Document detailed interaction models and UI specifications.
• Collaborate with other designers to maintain design consistency and coherence across all platforms.
• Balance business goals with user needs when designing solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in UX design for 4+ years.
• Well-curated online portfolio that highlights your UX design experience and design thinking.
• Demonstrated end-to-end product design experience from discovery and concept development through delivery and post-launch optimization.
• Strong UX and visual design skills and the ability to leverage and expand upon an existing design system.
• Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and provide context to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working in the travel industry or designing tools for B2B platforms.
• Experience working on B2B tools and strong systems thinking.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related discipline).
