Senior UX Designer (Fintech): Producing designs for the award-winning Investcentre platform, supporting over 182,000 customers and £62bn in assets under administration with an accent on creating seamless user experiences across desktop and mobile. Focus on shaping the future of Investcentre's experience, providing design leadership, and influencing decision-making at senior levels.

Location: Hybrid in Manchester, London, or Bristol, UK. You’ll spend a minimum of 50% of your working time per month in the office. New team members, an initial period will be full-time in the office to help you immerse yourself in our business and build valuable relationships with your colleagues.

What you will do

• Help lead the strategic planning of design initiatives, aligning design efforts with broader business goals.
• Create seamless user experiences across both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Design and maintain components in a Figma library, contributing extensively to the development of design guidelines and component libraries.
• Collaborate with team members, playing a key role in building and nurturing team collaboration.
• Make informed and strategic decisions in the design process, balancing user needs, business considerations, and creative goals.
• Design and oversee comprehensive usability testing processes, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a UX role.
• Expert in prototyping software (Figma).
• Deep understanding of user psychology.
• Accessibility expertise.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Expertise in juggling multiple projects.
