What you will do

• Shape the user experience across hirify.global's product suite, including Charts app, desktop utilities, and in-simulator interfaces.
• Lead the end-to-end UX process, including framing complex problems, conducting research, validating ideas, and translating insights into intuitive solutions.
• Contribute to the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Manage multiple UX initiatives across products and help build user research infrastructure.

Requirements

• You have 5+ years in product/UX design, with experience across web, native mobile, and desktop platforms
• You're passionate about UX and care deeply about design quality
• You're genuinely curious about users and want to understand why they behave the way they do
• You plan and conduct research to identify opportunities, resolve usability issues, and to validate design decisions.
• You express yourself clearly and precisely in English, both written and spoken

Nice to have

• Aviation interest, pilot experience, or personal experience with flight simulation
• Gaming UX background with understanding of feedback loops, progression systems, and player engagement
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, React, or React Native)
