UX Designer (AI): Leading UX work from discovery through delivery, shaping problem definition, flows, interaction models, UI direction, and final specs with an accent on AI-enabled experiences such as assistants, automation, intelligent search and recommendations. Focus on usability, trust, and user control and complex enterprise challenges across multi-stakeholder, process-heavy systems with opportunities to simplify and modernize.

What you will do
- Lead UX work from discovery through delivery, shaping problem definition, flows, interaction models, UI direction, and final specs.
- Design AI-enabled experiences such as assistants, automation, intelligent search and recommendations.
- Use AI responsibly to accelerate synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and documentation.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data or AI stakeholders to ship high-quality outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops with internal teams and customers to uncover needs, pain points, and priorities.
Requirements
- A degree in UX design or comparable training.
- 5+ years designing digital products or services with end-to-end UX ownership.
- UX-first mindset with strong UI craft, from IA and wireframes to polished UI, with accessibility and consistency baked in.
- Proven AI experience delivering AI enabled products or experiences.
- Daily use of AI in your workflow to accelerate research, ideation, and prototyping.
- Fluent English required.
Nice to have
- Experience working on B2B SaaS platforms is a bonus, especially complex, enterprise-grade products with multiple user roles and workflows.
