TL;DR

Focus on aligning recruitment efforts with regional priorities, optimizing recruitment outcomes, and building strong talent pipelines.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (2 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle across EMEA, APAC, and Americas for Global Advisory and Operations business units.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, supporting hiring needs, shaping recruitment strategies, and building talent pipelines.
  • Drive sourcing efforts through a combination of personal networks, recruitment tools, and market intelligence.
  • Produce detailed analytical recruitment reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize recruitment outcomes, reducing time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
  • Contribute to regional and global Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects, supporting continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, with a detailed understanding of EMEA markets and beneficial experience in Financial Services.
  • Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, including hiring policies in APAC.
  • Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and advise hiring decisions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of compensation frameworks, including salary proposals, compa-ratio, internal equity, and market competitiveness.
  • Analytical mindset with effective Excel skills and a data-driven approach to recruitment.
  • Amenable to work in a hybrid setup (2 days per week in Warsaw, Poland).

Nice to have

  • Experience with APAC or North America markets.
  • A mix of in-house and agency recruitment experience.
  • Familiarity with psychometric and technical assessments (e.g., SHL).
  • Experience with Workday.
