Location: This role is based in our Munich office. We use a hybrid work model (3 days/week in the office) and offer relocation assistance for new employees.

What you will do

• Serve as primary technical subject matter expert for customer GenAI solutions.
• Engage with senior business and technical stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-value GenAI applications.
• Accelerate customer time to value by providing architectural guidance and hands-on prototypes.
• Maintain strong relationships with leadership and technical teams to drive adoption and successful outcomes.
• Contribute to open-source resources and enterprise-facing technical documentation.
• Share learnings and collaborate with internal teams to inform product development and improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical consulting, post-sales engineering, or solutions architecture experience.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical and business concepts clearly to executive and practitioner audiences.
• Experience leading complex deployments of Generative AI or traditional machine learning systems.
• Hands-on proficiency in languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar, for building prototypes.
• Take end-to-end ownership of challenges, proactively acquiring new skills or knowledge.
• Bring a humble, collaborative mindset and an eagerness to support teammates and customers alike.
