Location: Hybrid, Clearwater, Florida, work in the office 3 days a week

What you will do

• Write and build instructional content, focusing on simulations and step-by-step guides.
• Build simulation-based assessments to measure training effectiveness.
• Define clear learning objectives and create assessments to measure training outcomes.
• Act as a resource for instructional design best practices for internal teams.
• Analyze customer feedback and product updates to identify training gaps.
• Collaborate with Content Writers, Video Designers, and Product Managers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building self-guided online learning modules and simulations.
• Strong grasp of adult learning models and theories (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
• Clear communicator with the ability to write effective instructional text and scripts.
• Comfortable with SaaS products and ability to quickly learn how to use an LMS or navigate MacOS.
• Understanding of WCAG 2.1 and Section 508 standards.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems to deliver and track training content.

Nice to have

• Background in cybersecurity or security awareness.
• Experience turning raw data into simple dashboards to track training performance.
