TL;DR
Head of Product Design (AI): Owning the vision and execution of Product Design at hirify.global, combining strong hands-on involvement with long-term leadership to build and scale a high-performing Design & Research team. Focus on raising the bar on craft, coherence, and user-centricity, leveraging AI and modern design tools to accelerate iteration and delivery.
Location: This position is remote-friendly. If you live in Paris, you can choose to work from the office or from home. If you live elsewhere, access to a coworking space and a coworking budget can be provided. Full-time employees can work from most countries in the world for up to 3 months per year.

What you will do
- Own the design vision, principles, and quality bar for all hirify.global products.
- Be hands-on in discovery, flows, UI, and interaction design, ensuring high standards across UX, UI, and accessibility.
- Own and evolve the design system, leveraging AI and modern design tools.
- Partner with VP Product, Product Management, and Engineering on strategy and roadmaps.
- Build structured User Research practices and ensure insights are actionable.
- Build and scale the Product Design team to 7 Product Designers and 1 User Researcher.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Design, with a strong hands-on background.
- Previous experience as a Lead / Head of Product Design or equivalent senior design leadership role.
- Proven experience in B2C and mobile-first product design.
- Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up.
- Proven track record of building, scaling, and managing design teams.
- Strong experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams and solid exposure to design systems.
- Hands-on experience with user research and experience leveraging AI and modern design tools.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
