Senior Product Designer (AI): Leading end-to-end design for the Digital Customer Hub, transforming B2B workflows into intuitive, high-impact user experiences with an accent on AI & automation integration and strategic facilitation with stakeholders. Focus on conducting user research, contributing to design systems, and partnering with engineering in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Location: This role is a hybrid role based out of our Wroclaw location, requiring occasional travel for team meetings, training, or company events.

Salary: PLN 19,600-22,9000 monthly

What you will do

• Lead the design process for core features within the DCH ecosystem, from initial discovery and research to high-fidelity prototyping.
• Lead stakeholder workshops to extract business requirements, discuss product values, and align design vision with technical feasibility.
• Design seamless, agent-based interactions and AI-driven workflows within DCH for increased user efficiency.
• Contribute to and pull from a robust design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency across the DCH portfolio.
• Conduct usability testing and competitor benchmarks to validate design hypotheses and advocate for a "human-first" experience.
• Partner deeply with Engineering in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure design feasibility and high-quality implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Strong ability to solve complex functional problems through clean, accessible interface design.
• Proven ability to lead discovery sessions and drive product requirements with English-speaking stakeholders.
• Mastery of Figma, FigJam, and rapid prototyping tools to create dev-ready components.
• English Proficiency: C1/C2 level to effectively collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end principles.
• Experience using tools like Hotjar, Maze, or UserTesting to drive data-informed design decisions.
