Senior Product Designer

TL;DR

What you will do

• Partner closely with Product Management to identify problems, translate user insights into design strategies, and shape product direction.
• Own features from early discovery through shipped products, making design decisions throughout implementation.
• Raise the bar for usability, clarity, and visual quality across your product area and contribute reusable components to the design system.
• Define the logic, governance, and evolution of the design system to support a rapidly expanding product suite.
• Bridge the gap between design and engineering, managing Figma structures and ensuring the system translates seamlessly into a React codebase.
• Create documentation and workflows that empower other designers to move faster, including best practices for component usage and accessibility standards.

Requirements

• 6+ years designing digital products at tech companies, with a portfolio showing strong UX and visual design craft.
• Experience designing for complex, technical systems like IT workflows, developer tools, or data infrastructure.
• Track record of shipping B2B products and balancing user needs with business constraints.
• Comfort working in agile environments embedded with Product and Engineering.
• Experience contributing to or evolving a design system.
• You must be located in and authorized to work in Turkey / Türkiye to be considered for this role.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with IT administration, identity management, or device management.
• AI fluency—you use tools like Figma AI, Claude, or similar to accelerate exploration and prototyping.
• Ability to translate emerging design tooling (AI, advanced Figma features, structured component systems) into practical workflows for the team.
