Location: Hybrid in Redmond, Washington, United States. This role requires work authorization in the US, with specific salary ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.

Salary: USD $106,400 – $203,600 per year (general U.S. range); USD $137,600 – $222,600 per year (San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area).

What you will do

  • Lead audience insights workstreams, including segmentation and market analyses.
  • Coordinate and maintain awareness of audience insights across the organization.
  • Synthesize research findings into persona profiles for modeling and targeting.
  • Represent audience insights in cross-functional meetings and strategic planning.
  • Inform acquisition campaigns, product planning, and partnership strategies.
  • Maintain familiarity with Xbox’s audience taxonomy and organizational structure.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree and 3+ years OR Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, or related fields.
  • 3+ years experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, and/or Finance.
  • 8+ years in audience research, strategy, or analytics roles within gaming, media, entertainment, or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable strategic insights.
  • Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic decisions.
  • Deep familiarity with audience segmentation frameworks, TAM analyses, and audience sizing methodologies.
  • Work authorization in the United States is required.
