What you will do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for PlayStation’s parental controls across mobile, web, and console experiences.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet global and regional regulatory requirements.
• Analyze market usage, customer feedback, research, and data to drive post-launch iteration and improve adoption.
• Collaborate with Marketing and PR to craft clear product messaging that drives customer understanding.
• Communicate product strategy and impact across teams, serving as an ambassador for the PlayStation Family app.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably on consumer-facing or platform products.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong analytical thinking with data and experimentation to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel to Japan, UK, and other PlayStation locations for collaboration.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Domain experience in parental controls, screen time, content moderation, trust & safety tools, global privacy requirements for family- and child-focused products, or customer lifecycle management.
• Experience running mobile apps within larger ecosystems, including app release cycles, app store submissions, and UX best practices.
• Proven experience driving cross-functional initiatives involving multiple product teams, as well as Legal, Policy, Online Safety, and adjacent partners.
