What you will do

• Lead strategic projects end-to-end, from framing the question to delivering actionable recommendations and implementation pathways.
• Partner with GMSBO leaders to clarify priorities and support decisions that connect to PlayStation’s broader business goals.
• Synthesize data, market intelligence, and player insights into clear narratives that inform decision-making.
• Build and deliver presentations that engage executive audiences and support decision-making.
• Lead or co-lead internal initiatives that strengthen the Strategy team’s effectiveness.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or a related strategic planning field.
• Proven success leading strategic projects from scoping through execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable paths.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working across functions and regions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience within the gaming, technology, or entertainment industries.
• Familiarity with gaming industry databases and analytics tools.
• Ability to access and interpret platform or player telemetry data using tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, or internal analytics dashboards.
• Understanding video game business models, subscription services, and digital retail ecosystems.
• Advanced financial modeling or business case development experience.
