What you will do
- Develop and execute custom influencer program strategies and tactical plans to achieve client goals and objectives.
- Monitor program performance, budget spend, and pacing in real time, presenting proactive strategic recommendations for optimization.
- Provide superior client service, acting as a primary point of contact and nurturing excellent relationships for high satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct robust analysis of influencer program performance using multiple data points to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Design and optimize influencer recruitment, communication, content, and incentive strategies to foster long-term partnerships and drive value.
- Manage multiple influencer marketing programs, prioritizing tasks based on client objectives and identifying new opportunities for success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working for an influencer marketing agency or brand, including managing client and/or creator relationships.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel influencer marketing strategies, including flat fee and affiliate payment models.
- Solid understanding of omnichannel and direct-to-consumer marketing, with a track record of successful influencer campaigns for consumer companies.
- Advanced Excel capabilities, including formatting, formulas, and customizing reports.
- Excellent communication, presenting, and pitching skills for client campaigns.
- Working knowledge of attribution in digital marketing.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
Nice to have
- Experience with tools like CreatorIQ, Grin, or Izea.
- Knowledge of Affiliate Networks or SaaS platforms such as Impact, ShareASale, or Commission Junction.
