TL;DR

Location: Must work from an office a minimum of 3 days a week.

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 USD

What you will do

  • Oversee the day-to-day activation and optimization of large-scale, data-driven campaigns.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower a team of activation specialists.
  • Manage campaign operations across all major digital channels.
  • Serve as the hands-on expert for DCO, leveraging platforms like Flashtalking, DoubleClick Studio, Clinch, and others.
  • Drive continuous workflow and process improvements.
  • Cultivate a collaborative, empathetic, and high-performance team culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital ad operations, with a proven track record managing complex, cross-channel campaigns.
  • Hands-on expertise with DCO platforms and familiarity with video ad servers like Innovid and CM360.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with direct experience managing teams and developing talent.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills and a high level of comfort working with large data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can engage both technical and non-technical audiences, internally and externally.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of CSS, HTML5, or JavaScript, and experience collaborating with product or development teams.
  • Understanding of creative production processes and agency workflows.
  • Exposure to site tagging, audience segmentation, and advanced campaign reporting.
