What you will do

• Be a liaison to internal and external stakeholders to ensure integration across the business, monitoring, projecting, and providing solutions to marketing issues.
• Understand and manage a complex and technical workstream; oversee and guide technology and development teams against business objectives.
• Manage client expectations, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead an integrated agency model to ensure agency teams are aligned and working against shared goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to create marketing communications plans.
• Advocate for the business internally and keep the agency team informed and enthused about the work and the business.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of account management experience required, direct marketing and digital marketing or CRM background.
• Previous work with technical and development teams. Cloud-related activities (AWS experience) preferred.
• Agile training or experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated solid mid-level client experience and ability to navigate complex client organizations required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Needs to be comfortable with ambiguity at times and be able to demonstrate flexibility and creative problem solving.
