What you will do
- Manage the full order lifecycle with accuracy and ensure SLA compliance.
- Coordinate with data centers to resolve blockers and maintain progress.
- Collaborate across internal teams for smooth execution and inventory alignment.
- Provide proactive updates and timely responses to client inquiries.
- Serve as the primary contact for all order-related activities and ensure transparency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years in customer operations, order management, or similar roles, with proven track record of managing SLAs and vendor relationships.
- Skilled in using CRM systems and order management platforms.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to detail and effective problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experienced in cross-functional collaboration.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services or technology, with familiarity in data center and network operations.
- Prior exposure to hirify.global products or services.
- Knowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
- Proven ability to align technical understanding with business needs.
