TL;DR

Client Support Services Analyst: Managing the full order lifecycle for clients, ensuring accuracy and SLA compliance, and coordinating with internal and external teams. Focus on proactive client communication, problem-solving, and optimizing operational efficiency within a fast-paced environment.

Location: This is a hybrid position in Carteret, New Jersey, requiring at least 3 days a week in the office. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $57,000–$110,400

What you will do

  • Manage the full order lifecycle with accuracy and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Coordinate with data centers to resolve blockers and maintain progress.
  • Collaborate across internal teams for smooth execution and inventory alignment.
  • Provide proactive updates and timely responses to client inquiries.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all order-related activities and ensure transparency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years in customer operations, order management, or similar roles, with proven track record of managing SLAs and vendor relationships.
  • Skilled in using CRM systems and order management platforms.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to detail and effective problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experienced in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience in financial services or technology, with familiarity in data center and network operations.
  • Prior exposure to hirify.global products or services.
  • Knowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
  • Proven ability to align technical understanding with business needs.
