Salary: $272,000 USD and $408,000 USD (USA-based roles) / $254,000 CAD and $381,000 CAD (Canada-based roles)

What you will do

• Lead and scale the Developer & AI Engineering organization by translating product and business strategy into clear technical roadmaps.
• Drive the technical direction for platforms and services that enable developers to securely integrate hirify.global into modern software and AI workflows.
• Partner with Product, Security, and Data/AI leaders to define and ship AI-powered features that are secure, privacy-preserving, and aligned with customer trust.
• Ensure highly available, resilient, and observable systems that support critical developer and AI workloads globally.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Security, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align priorities and accelerate customer value.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain high-impact engineering leaders and individual contributors.

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in senior engineering leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of modern cloud-native architectures, APIs, distributed systems, and developer platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled systems, including integrating models into products, operating AI workloads, or supporting agentic workflows.
• Strong appreciation for security, privacy, and reliability as foundational platform capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives from strategy through delivery in fast-moving environments.
• Ability to connect technical strategy to business outcomes and inspire teams around both near- and long-term goals.
