Location: Hybrid role, requiring presence in hirify.global's Kitchener office 3 days per week or hirify.global's Toronto office 1 day per week.

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 CAD

• Provide engineering guidance for building simple, clean, and robust software designs.
• Develop and enable the growth of your people and team members.
• Remove friction and barriers from your team’s work.
• Define and maintain clear team priorities, create reliable delivery plans, and act as Scrum Master/Agile coach.
• Assess new technologies to improve product lines and drive a culture of high quality and innovation.
• Improve software delivery processes within your team and across the department/company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience successfully managing and leading Agile teams.
• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing people to high performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience building software.
• Acumen with Artificial Intelligence tools.
