What you will do

• Lead and mentor a software development team, inspiring high performance and fostering team cohesion.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders on goals and deliverables.
• Contribute to product strategy, plan delivery cycles, and drive the team toward measurable outcomes.
• Actively participate in hands-on development, working alongside engineers to design, implement, and review features.
• Architect scalable solutions, guide technical vision, and balance innovation with technical debt.
• Apply expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) to optimize team processes and enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• You can work remotely from anywhere in Switzerland or on-site in our St. Gallen office.
• At least 2 years of experience leading software development teams, mentoring engineers, inspiring high performance and fostering a cohesive team.
• Proven professional experience with React, Typescript, and/or PHP, as you will lead a multidisciplinary team.
• Expert in architecting/designing, developing, and maintaining large software solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• English: C1+ required (fluently).
