What you will do

• Constantly scout the market for GPU server suppliers (Data Centers, Hardware Resellers, Cloud Providers).
• Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and contract terms to secure terms better than the standard list price.
• Vet new vendors for reliability and finalize partnership agreements.
• Maintain a centralized registry of available capacity (Master Inventory List).
• Create and update a structured daily dataset to be the "Source of Truth" for the sales team.
• Stay updated on market pricing for top-tier GPUs and track market dynamics.

Requirements

• IT/Hardware Procurement Experience: Understanding the difference between an H100 and an RTX 6000 and knowing how the server hardware market operates.
• English (Fluent/Advanced): Must be able to confidently negotiate (verbal and written), bargain, and resolve conflicts.
• Systematic & Data-Driven: Ability to organize data so that a 1,000-row spreadsheet has zero errors.
• Excellent command of Google Sheets / Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is mandatory.
• Proactivity: Able to secure scarce resources before competitors do.

Nice to have

• Experience with a Cloud Provider or Hardware Distributor.
• Understanding of the AI infrastructure landscape.
