What you will do

• Manage stock and inventory control, providing supply chain support.
• Provide administrative support to management, account managers, and marketing teams.
• Manage and coordinate projects and support events.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to inform business decisions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Perform general office administration including invoice and payment processing.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with crucial inventory management skills.
• Strong organizational, project management, and data analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
• Familiarity with marketing principles and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup with stable home internet.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (C1).

Nice to have

• Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Tableau experience.
• IT Industry knowledge, background in Sales ops, Project coordination, Sales, Account Management, Marketing or Supply Chain.
