What you will do

• Implement full-cycle delivery workstreams for technology developments and solutions.
• Identify and resolve risks and issues related to delivery and its impacts.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to update progress and achieve benefits.
• Manage multiple complex technical deliveries or a single large delivery.
• Monitor actions from scope to delivery, ensuring adherence to roadmap, time, and budget.
• Mentor and coordinate diverse teams on technical projects within a specific domain.

Requirements

• Location: Based in BT's Manchester Office, United Kingdom (3 days a week)
• Proven experience delivering cloud platforms or CaaS environments, including Kubernetes.
• Experience managing deliveries across multiple engineering teams (compute, storage, networking, security, platform tooling).
• Experience working in telco, networked, or regulated environments.
• Excellent project/programme and delivery management skills (planning, RAID, dependency management).
• Ability to communicate effectively at engineering and executive levels.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and Requirements Management.
