What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and Reddit.
• Drive qualified traffic, increase conversions, and meet performance goals for both web and app user acquisition.
• Monitor campaign performance, interpret data, and identify trends to continuously improve effectiveness.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of performance media experience managing large-scale campaigns across search and social.
• Strong knowledge of paid platforms and tracking tools (Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta).
• Performance-oriented with an ability to understand, analyse, report, and optimise on ROAS.
• Strong aptitude for numerical detail and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills and great attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Adjust.
