What you will do
- Provide overall leadership and governance for multiple digital and omnichannel marketing projects across global pharmaceutical markets.
- Own end-to-end project and program delivery, from planning through execution, stabilization, and ongoing optimization.
- Lead, manage, and develop cross-functional, multi-location teams, ensuring clear role alignment and performance management.
- Act as a strategic client partner for global stakeholders, building trusted relationships and serving as the primary escalation point.
- Drive project renewals, extensions, and growth opportunities through consistent delivery excellence.
- Own financial management for assigned programs, including budgets, forecasts, revenue tracking, and margin management.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in leading multiple, complex digital and/or omnichannel marketing projects for global markets.
- Strong people leadership experience managing large, cross-functional teams, including performance management and talent development.
- Proven expertise in project and program management (PMP or equivalent delivery leadership experience preferred).
- Demonstrated success in client partner management, stakeholder communication, and executive-level engagement.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and pharmaceutical marketing environments.
- Experience managing financials, including budgets, forecasts, and profitability across programs.
