What you will do
- Monitor and reply to technical support tickets, chats, and frequently asked questions.
- Manage and distribute incoming queries from clients and users.
- Provide customer support by phone.
- Assist with internal departmental workload as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong mathematical understanding and high computer literacy.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and learn fast.
- Availability to work in shifts.
- Strong moral and ethical character with great attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Additional Asian language proficiency (Japanese, Korean, Thai, etc.).
- Knowledge of trading platforms and experience in financial markets.
- Prior experience in technical customer support.
