What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software systems and/or applications without supervision.
• Provide programming and application/technical leadership, guidance, and assistance to other team members.
• Work directly on application/technical problem identification and resolution, including off-shift support.
• Drive application development focused on delivering business valuable features.
• Maintain high standards of software quality and guide the team to develop structured application/interface code.
• Lead development of new functionality and applications on cross-functional Agile project teams.

Requirements

• Four-year degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of software development experience (or 3+ years with a Master’s degree in a related field).
• Demonstrated experience in software engineering projects.
• 5+ years of experience coding in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Experience writing API proxies on platforms such as Apigee Edge, AWS API Gateway, or Azure API Gateway.
• Hands-on experience with API tools such as Swagger Editor & Postman, and linting tools like Spectral.
• Knowledge of security standards such as OAuth 2.0 and TLS.
• Hands-on experience with metrics and visualization tools like Kibana, Grafana, or Power-BI.
• US work authorization is required.
