What you will do

• Own the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) product strategy and roadmap.
• Define how hirify.global builds and operates reliable, large-scale systems.
• Deliver innovative solutions that empower internal developers and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers worldwide.
• Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for SRE products, including observability, large-scale distributed system testing, and incident management.
• Act as the central point of contact for the SRE product area.
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders across the globe to ensure alignment and successful product deliveries.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of owning the end-to-end lifecycle for highly technical products (e.g., platforms, infrastructure, SRE tools).
• Excel at translating complex business needs and technical challenges into a clear, strategic product roadmap and actionable execution plan.
• Possess a strong technical background with a deep understanding of platform engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, and the modern developer workflow.
• Demonstrate data fluency by defining and analyzing metrics related to system reliability, performance, and developer productivity to guide product decisions.
• Experience and ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, creating clarity and driving focus in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, comfortable engaging with Engineers from intern to CTO.
• Experience leading organizational change at scale across culture, technology, and operations.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working with SRE or platform engineering products.
• Software Engineering background.
• Experience coaching/mentoring other Product Managers in technical/platform teams.
