Product Manager (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships and manage stakeholders.
• Define product roadmaps and prioritize features.
• Understand business processes, requirements, and pain points through user research.
• Translate business requirements into clear instructions for technical teams.
• Manage the agile development process, including sprints, releases, and user acceptance testing.
• Contribute to the overall management and development of the IS Product Management Practice.

Requirements

• Demonstrated Product Management or Business Analyst experience in SaaS implementations.
• Ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders.
• Intermediate knowledge of standard Salesforce features.
• Proven success managing complex projects across multiple functional groups.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies such as Scrum.
• Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to pivot and reprioritize across multiple projects.

Nice to have

• Salesforce and Scrum Master certification preferred.
