What you will do

• Analyze, redesign, and optimize business processes using process mining and modeling tools.
• Develop innovative process solutions aligned with strategic business goals and identify automation/digitalization opportunities.
• Ensure accurate process documentation and platform governance.
• Configure and continuously improve process management and mining tools to increase transparency and performance.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to integrate process applications seamlessly.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to deploy and enhance process applications and act as the central interface between business and technical teams.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in process management, digital transformation, or application implementation.
• Technical Expertise: Solid experience in establishing and operating a mature process mining and modeling setup, ideally with Celonis and BIC Cloud or comparable tools.
• Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of process modeling standards such as BPMN and APQC.
• Automation & Integration: Familiarity with automation technologies, system integrations, and digital workflows.
• Languages: Fluent English required.
