What you will do

• Build secure and reliable payment solutions for hirify.global buyers and sellers.
• Collaborate on integrations with banks, user payouts, and identity verification.
• Apply Agile and Lean principles, using AI tools to improve code quality and speed.
• Contribute to code reviews and see your changes affect millions of users rapidly.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for all your code.
• Take ownership of critical alerts and business metrics to ensure 99.99% service availability.

Requirements

• Backend engineering skills, with experience in Ruby and/or Go.
• Eager to learn new technologies and concepts, ready to embrace new challenges.
• Possess a strong passion for technology and a "can-do" attitude.
• Pragmatic problem solver who avoids over-engineering and prioritizes simplicity.
• Curious to understand how systems work and driven to fix them.
