What you will do
- Manage assigned customers as the primary point of contact, preparing presentations and leading meetings.
- Track customer KPIs, maintain satisfaction, and ensure contract compliance and accurate billing.
- Understand customer business challenges and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Facilitate end-to-end management of medium complexity enhancements according to product procedures.
- Draft change requests and Statements of Work for small to medium enhancements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and mentor team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in Marine Cargo Insurance, Logistics, or Logistics Software.
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a customer success related role, directly interfacing with customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time management skills.
- Ability to create succinct, audience-relevant, objective-oriented written documentation.
- Proficient in written and oral English communication.
- Ability to collaborate and work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate project management skills.
- Up to 10% travel required.
