TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (Marine Insurance): Driving customer success, solution adoption, and strategic growth within the hirify.global Marine Suite product group with an accent on building strong in-person relationships and leveraging products to meet strategic business objectives. Focus on cross-functional collaboration, facilitating enhancement delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Location: Remote, United States. Must be based in North America and requires regular in-person engagement with clients and partners.

Salary: $60,000–$103,000

What you will do

  • Manage assigned customers as the primary point of contact, preparing presentations and leading meetings.
  • Track customer KPIs, maintain satisfaction, and ensure contract compliance and accurate billing.
  • Understand customer business challenges and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Facilitate end-to-end management of medium complexity enhancements according to product procedures.
  • Draft change requests and Statements of Work for small to medium enhancements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and mentor team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in Marine Cargo Insurance, Logistics, or Logistics Software.
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a customer success related role, directly interfacing with customers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time management skills.
  • Ability to create succinct, audience-relevant, objective-oriented written documentation.
  • Proficient in written and oral English communication.
  • Ability to collaborate and work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate project management skills.
  • Up to 10% travel required.
